Even he admitted that he had misinterpreted things but that is not unusual for any physic. I played the card game of War with Olaf and lost every hand, twice! Also went to the Sands casino with him to do a little gambling. He stressed he would not use his talent to profit at the expense of someone else which including gambling. Because of the experiments with friends we knew his talent was true. I have the book written by Brad Steiger and Olaf signed it for me. I was saddened to hear about his death after I left Vegas.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1295650767242690450.post-70696549681274705622012-06-06T21:33:15.683+02:002012-06-06T21:33:15.683+02:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1295650767242690450.post-63575432965555972742011-04-09T10:24:53.351+02:002011-04-09T10:24:53.351+02:00Interesting story.I knew Olof during the late 80&#...Interesting story.I knew Olof during the late 80's when he lived in las Vegas NV.He knew my mother very well told me many things about my life, friends and things that would happen ,and things that are already happening in my life .How would he know these things and they would come to pass?Another thing when we would go out to dinner he would tell me which slot machine we should play just for kix, guess what? the machine he told me to play won whithin a few minutes at taxable jackpot. For those of you who are gambling novices in VEGAS baby thats over $1200.00 for a few dollars. So think again about Olof jonsson.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1295650767242690450.post-24086896048455123902010-11-28T09:37:22.434+01:002010-11-28T09:37:22.434+01:00I had the opportunity to interact with one of his ...I had the opportunity to interact with one of his students/protege and my impression that there was more than trickery there. But he makes no reference to the Apollo 14 experiment and is not mentioned in the Mitchell chapter. Are you confusing Johnson with Semitjov, perhaps?Garvarnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02439483509454442149noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1295650767242690450.post-27876425969991414632008-08-09T05:13:00.000+02:002008-08-09T05:13:00.000+02:00No, it was a Swedish parapsychologist with a commo...No, it was a Swedish parapsychologist with a common Swedish name as I remember it. He was interviewed by Clas Svahn. In the interview he mentioned that his choice of career was inspired by an astronomer (also Swedish) who believed in the paranormal. He mentioned the Apollo experiment as well but I don't recall in exactly what context.

It's a shame I don't have the book myself to check it up. :(Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1295650767242690450.post-1922457759559106952008-08-08T17:03:00.000+02:002008-08-08T17:03:00.000+02:00Thanks jjerkert, our contemporary psychics are not...Thanks jjerkert, our contemporary psychics are nothing compared to Jonsson, so perhaps a Swedish version is desirable.Garvarnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02439483509454442149noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1295650767242690450.post-91895635276477878182008-08-08T15:39:00.000+02:002008-08-08T15:39:00.000+02:00Very interesting and very well-written, Garvarn! Svahn makes a comment about it on page 160 in Det okända. But I don't think Semitjov referred to himself as a "parapsychologist". And I don't think reviews under the supervision of Mitchell or Jonsson amount to anything, considering how the experiment has been interpreted by the more optimistic commentators over the years.Garvarnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02439483509454442149noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1295650767242690450.post-77538072396885701002008-08-05T19:58:00.000+02:002008-08-05T19:58:00.000+02:00The Apollo experiment was mentioned in one chapter...The Apollo experiment was mentioned in one chapter in the book "Det okända" by Clas Svahn.
